CGM GRAPH INTERPRETATION MASTERCLASS
CGM GRAPH INTERPRETATION MASTERCLASS
Learn how to read your CGM graphs and reports in a way that actually helps you take action.
Your CGM is a powerful tool for understanding how your body responds to insulin, food, movement, and more. But it’s only helpful if you know how to read it.
In this live 75-minute masterclass, you’ll learn how to move beyond just arrows and numbers and start interpreting your CGM graphs and reports with clarity and confidence.
Hi, I’m Meg!
The first year I was on a CGM, I only used it to tell me when to correct a high or a low.
But even with the “real-time” data, I felt totally stuck. My TIR hovered around 50% and I wanted to scream in frustration. I was trying so hard and still not seeing the results I wanted.
Everything changed when I realized how insightful a CGM could be. I started looking at my graphs and reports to identify patterns and understand why things were happening. I started using data to make changes. That’s when everything shifted.
There’s so much more to a CGM than just alarms. I made this class to help you unlock that potential and actually use your data to feel more in control.
My actual graphs from 2018! I was stuck in a cycle of seeing a number, correcting, and repeating—without understanding why it was happening or how to get out of it.

Meg Cremins, MS, RDN, CPT
I’ve been living with type 1 diabetes since 1999. Throughout my childhood and teen years, I struggled with my acceptance of diabetes which greatly impacted my management. I felt isolated and angry with my diagnosis.
After hitting a rock bottom in 2017, I started on a health journey. After 20 years of being diagnosed with diabetes, how had I still not figured it out?
As it turns out, there was a lot more to diabetes than just counting carbs. After finding success in my own journey, I wanted to help others do the same. I learned all I could about nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress. I became a Certified Health Coach. I earned my Master’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science and became a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer. I learned about the mental barriers that stand in the way of us becoming our best selves.
Now, I work to empower people with type 1 diabetes to live happy, healthy, and active lives. Through education, support, and community, my programs and resources have transformed hundreds of lives. I’m beyond grateful to do this work!!
