“I have so much more confidence in my ability to manage my diabetes than I had before. I feel like I have better tools to handle the diabetes curveballs.
Talking to Meg and the group helped me feel a lot more positive about my diabetes outlook, it's easy to feel negative and isolated when you don't talk to others who are dealing with the same problems that you are!
And my A1C has improved from a 6.4 to a 5.7!”
-Kelsey M.
Does this sound like you?
You feel like no matter how well you carb count or “do it right”, diabetes is unpredictable and different everyday
You've lost spontaneity and flexibility in your life and want to get it back
You feel overwhelmed by the abundance of contradicting information you’ve received
You've struggled finding a way to integrate T1D management into your life sustainably
You feel fear or hesitant when it comes to diabetes, lows, highs, exercise, or food
You feel alone on your T1D journey
“I feel so empowered after taking this course. I know that diabetes will still be tough and will require my attention even on days that I don't want it to, but now I have the tools that I need to get through those tough moments, and that has improved my mindset greatly.
Prior to this course, I was exhausted by micro-managing my diabetes and really burnt out. My attitude towards this disease was very negative. After completing this course, I have learned to give myself grace in the tough moments and I know that I can get back on track and actually make progress with decisions, and that negative energy isn't nearly as strong anymore.
And I didn't know anyone personally with T1D beforehand, and now I have this community that helps me know that I am not alone.
My days are no longer consumed by diabetes decisions. I feel like I make less decisions, but am still in range and I feel even better. I am consistent with exercise and am eating more balanced meals, and this has really helped my overall health, mood and energy. My time in range has increased from 80% to 87% and my AGP graph is nearly all green and tightening. I've even lost weight during this program too!”
-Kelly J.

“I brought my A1C down from 7.2 to 5.7! I could cry🥹 what I am most proud of is feeling like over the last 3 months my mental load has decreased so much and my day to day life feels much more sustainable/less restrictive than so much of my time living with diabetes. Grateful for this program and all of you wonderful individuals for motivating me to live the life I want to live!!"
-Abby R.
“My mindset around diabetes has shifted from feeling burdened to feeling strategic. I feel more prepared to successfully keep my levels in range because of the knowledge gained, but also because of the growth mindset towards always learning & improving. My 90 day TIR is now 79% - I started in the 60s! I've also had several 100% in range days, which has never happened to me before.”
-Brielle B.

“This program truly changed my life. Since being diagnosed 13+ years ago, I don't think I slept through the night 2 nights in a row. I hated going out or enjoyed going out then and suffered, feeling terrible in silence. I didn't realize how alone I felt and how truly anxious I was everyday about T1. I thought that was just what T1 was.
I feel so much freer, like this is something I can carry easily whereas before it felt like a massive load.
I feel like I understand my body better and have tools that were like secrets before. I feel confident that when it feels like there are no answers, there are! I can't recommend this program enough.”

Meet your coach
Meg Cremins, MS, RD, CPT
I’ve been living with type 1 diabetes since 1999. Throughout my childhood and teen years, I struggled with my acceptance of diabetes which greatly impacted my management. I felt isolated and angry with my diagnosis.
After hitting a rock bottom in 2017, I started on a health journey. After 20 years of being diagnosed with diabetes, how had I still not figured it out?
As it turns out, there was a lot more to diabetes than just counting carbs. After finding success in my own journey, I wanted to help others do the same. I learned all I could about nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress. I became a Certified Health Coach. I earned my Master’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science and become a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer. I learned about the mental barriers that stand in the way of us becoming our best selves.
Now I work as a health coach and empower people with type 1 diabetes live happy, healthy, and active lives. Through education, support, and community, my programs and resources have transformed hundreds of lives. I’m beyond grateful to do this work!!
