Hi, I’m Meg!
I’m a Registered Dietitian specializing in type 1 diabetes, a Certified Personal Trainer, and a Certified Health Coach.
I’ve lived with type 1 diabetes and celiac disease for most of my life, and for years I struggled with blood sugar roller coasters, burnout, and feeling like my body was working against me.
Over the past 8 years, I’ve shifted my perspective, rebuilt my confidence, and learned how to manage my health without obsession or restriction.
Now, I help women with T1D do the same, so you can feel in control of your blood sugars, confident in your choices, and free to actually live your life!

2. Discovery Call
You’ll hop on a quick 20-minute zoom call to learn more program details, explore your goals, and make sure it’s a good fit! This call is free and you don’t have to commit to anything!
3. Enroll
You’ll receive enrollment details on our call! Group programs will have a designated start date, and 1:1 programs can start right away!
